I'm so impressed that you are training to qualify for the Boston Marathon! I don't know how you do it in the winter. You must be a very determined runner! Kudos to you.

Great article on wheat bread. I'm just like you, because I always make sure that it says whole wheat on the label. Great advice...keep it coming!
