Can you believe it!  It’s already been one year since I started Fitzy Bitzy.  Thank you very much to all of you who take the time out of your busy schedules to read what I have to write.  You truly are appreciated.  I look forward to the next year to come, and hope that you only find Fitzy Bitzy even more entertaining and your source for everything fitness.  Thanks to all, and have a great night!
