10-minute workout: "The ROM machine"
The new 10-minute workout is here! It's called the ROM machine. It's a 4-minute workout, followed by a 2-minute break, and then finishing up with another 4-minute bout.
What do you think? This is supposed to replace a 30 or 40-minute workout? I'll let you decide.

I checked out the site - it looks SO gimmicky. A reputable site/product would not introduce themselves on their web site with "We're having some problems selling this because no one believes it can be SO GOOD!" And I love how they call experts who believe in regular cardio "stubburn"!
